Welcome to Enghavegård




Enghavegård is situated with a beautiful view of Ho bay in the northern part of the Wadden Sea National Park.

Our dream is to create an idyllic farm environment with production of organic cheeses and smoked food products.

We intend to continue the production of the cheeses that are already made in the cheesery today, and we will develop new types of cheese with new flavors and ripening methods. The whey from the cheese making is used as feed for our free-range organic pigs. The meat is turned into delicious salamis, smoked sausages and long-term matured hams. It all takes place in our slaughter and smoke house at the farm, and the ripening is done in soil chambers.

At Enghavegård you can experience the pigs romping in the field, take a look at the production facilities, and visit our farm shop.

Thursday and Friday 2 pm - 5 pm
(June 15th- Sept 15th : Saturday 10 am - 1 pm)
